Nose: Orchard fruits and blossom join floral vanilla and mellow oak.
Palate: Layers of syrupy flapjack, butterscotch, toffee apples and pears, with warming notes of peppery oak beneath.
Finish: Fresh notes of apples and pears linger alongside pepper, and a touch of nutmeg.
