Concannon Irish Whiskey Tasting Notes
Nose: Sweet cereal. Light, fruity and spicy aromas.
Palate: Slightly sweet entry then drying very rapidly rather woody and earthy with orange, citrus, vanilla, grain and malt notes.
Finish: Fresh oak finish.

Cooley Distillery is an Irish whiskey distillery, located on the Cooley Peninsula in County Louth, Ireland, converted in 1987 from an older potato alcohol plant by John Teeling.
