A special bottling from Chairman’s Reserve, celebrating the legacy of founder Laurie Bernard! His vision and passion for good rum pushed the St Lucia Distillers to expand their kit and broaden their rum horizons. Pot stills were added to their existing column still set up, dormant sugar cane fields were replanted for their own estate grown sugar and the craft of blending the brand’s different rums to achieve greater character and complexity began. And so, the much revered Chairman’s Reserve brand was born! Chairman’s Reserve Legacy Rum | 750ML Tasting Notes
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: Butterscotch, dark berries and sultanas with hints of spicy oak, tobacco, pine, and nutmeg spice. Bananas with vanilla caramel sauce, charred pineapple with burnt brown sugar and spice on the finish.
Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
