Named after the Spanish bodegas from where the distillery sourced some of the finest Oloroso Sherry butts, this vibrant and juicy expression starts with the finest triple distilled single malt, which was rested in the sherry butts for at least 5 years.

A decadent expression that boasts a masterful sherry influence. Finished for at least 9 months in Pedro Ximenez casks, it’s bottled at 92 proof and immediately greets with a delightful sherry nose.
