3/2 Rum is a 3 Barrel Blend of Pot Still Rum that is distilled in Jamaica and then aged in ex-Bourbon Barrels in Jamaica. From there, 3/2 is moved to Kentucky and further aged in ex-Rye Barrels. 3/2 Rum is bottled at 100 proof and is a part of Proof and Wood’s Curated Collection.

This 100% Pot Still Rum was distilled in Jamaica, Ester level 60-119 ppm, aged in ex-bourbon barrels in Jamaica for at least three years and then transported to Kentucky where it aged for an additional 2 years in ex-rye barrels. 3/2 is a blend of 3 barrels. There are no sugars colors or flavors added to the rum. nor is the rum chill-filtered. Rum has many American whiskey influences due to the aging barrels, but the unmistakable funkiness of the Jamaican distillate

Palate: Tastes of the nose with classic American Whiskey barrel flavors of vanilla, caramel and tobacco.
