Our Rum Distillery is located in a historic tobacco warehouse built in 1878 by skilled Irish bricklayers . Here you can navigate the art of making rum, discover how our rum makers craft our unique spirit, uncover untold stories of Hemingway and experience an adventure Papa would be proud of.
