Whiskey Acres Bloody Butcher Straight Bourbon Whiskey Tasting Notes
Nose: It has very pleasant and lovely aromas.
Palate: Red fruit and floral top notes give way to rich notes of orange peel, apple tart, cornbread and crème brûlée.
Finish: Lingering finish that leaves a lasting impression.

This fifth generation farm family took a product that’s abundant in Illinois, corn, and is making it into farm to sprit whiskey and vodka. Whiskey Acres is one of two certified “on-farm” craft whiskey distilleries in the US and the first estate distillery in Illinois.
