This ensures the highest level of purity while maintaining the exquisite flavour. The spirit is chill-filtered with activated charcoal to give a smooth, full-rounded character. Infused with BC coastal mountain water, the finished spirit is smooth and clean. The perfect base for a classic Martini or a lively cocktail.Truth Oat Distiller’s Reserve Vodka Tasting NotesNose: Delightful aroma.Palate: Nutty notes with a hint of vanilla, and gradually gains complexity.Finish: A clean long-lasting finish.Distillery InformationNew Liberty Distillery was founded in 2004 by Robert Cassell (formerly with Philadelphia Distilling) in Philadelphia, Pennsylva. Their building once served as a stable, and much of its architecture, including the horse stalls, have been preserved. The building now provides a home to our custom-made still, as well as the rick house where they barrel age their whiskey. In addition to the working distillery, they also feature a beautiful bar and tasting room where you can sample their whiskey and enjoy craft cocktails created by their in-house mixologist Sam. Their Heritage Collection and New Liberty whiskeys, spirits-related gifts, and other locally sourced products can be purchased in their retail space.
