Smirnoff Cina-Sugar vodka is the latest of Smirnoff’s growing line of sweet, dessert/confection-oriented flavored vodka. In this case, it takes after the flavor of cinnamon and sugar–something they describe as “flaky golden pastry.” According to the 2014 filing with the federal Tax and Trade Bureau, the vodka itself is actually produced at the Diageo facility in Norwalk, Connecticut.
