Shortcross 5-Year-Old Peated Single Malt Irish Whiskey Tasting Notes
Nose: A beautiful combination of aromas, with honey, graham cracker, dried orange disc, mild spices, and gentle waves of chocolaty peat smoke.
Palate: This carries through to the palate with melted milk chocolate, chewy toffee pepper, roasted spices, and black forest gateau, with the peat smoke present in the periphery.
Finish: Moreish finish of chocolate brownies and gentle bonfire smoke.

Shortcross Irish Whiskey is carefully crafted at Rademon Estate Distillery. In a time honoured tradition, the Shortcross Irish Whiskey journey began in 2015 when we distilled our first Shortcross whiskey on Ireland’s smallest copper pot still and we’ve been distilling our very own Irish Whiskey ever since.
