At the heart of our process is our “Paradise Pure” water. We start by demineralizing water with a Proprietary 5ppm reverse osmosis system. This extreme level of purification takes 11 gallons of water to produce one “Paradise Pure” gallon of water just for the distillation process. After Distillation & Copper vapor path Filtering, we allow for “Age Settling.” This unique Age & Rest process allows for the alcohol and water to marry over time together at Four Different Proof levels because the more you Filter and “Age Settle,” the smoother the final product will be.
