Mermaid Florida Gold Rum Tasting Notes
Nose: Bold aromas of black banana, flowers and butter. Next, vanilla and almond emerge over oak with a big funky fruit basket.
Palate: Fruity astringent entry that evolves to big warmth in the mid-palate.
Finish: Wood and brown butter with baking spice.

NJoy Distillery is located on an 80 acre farm in the middle of the 40,000 acre Chassahowitzka Wildlife Management Area park. The distillery is cleverly hidden a remote portion of Florida’s west coast.
