This rum was meticulously selected from the cask aging warehouse at St Lucia Distillery for its flavor and authenticity. Distilled by Julian Winter from fermented Guyanese molasses in a Vendome pot still, this medium-bodied rum was imported in the cask in which it was aged.
Hamilton Saint Lucia Pot Still Cask Strength Rum Tasting Notes
Nose : Notes of tropical fruits, exotic spices, tobacco, vanilla and smoke.
Palate: Ripe tropical fruit, spice adn smoky oak flavors.
Finish: Long finish.
