Florida Old Reserve Sherry Cask rum is made by Florida Caribbean Distillers out of Florida. As far as we can tell from the label, the rum is blended and bottled in Florida and given an aging in sherry casks–a technique often used for scotch that tends to provide a darker red color to the rum and give hints of wine character.
