Nose: Very elegant and precise aromas.

Distillery Information
Originally called the Blue Springs Distillery, Ben and his brother distilled their first batch of whiskey in 1856, and it sold for 35 cents per gallon. After the death of Ben and David Holladay, the distillery remained in the family through the end of the 1800s.
