Rum: Plantation Pineapple Stiggin’s Fancy
With a nod to Charles Dickens, this rum is made by steeping the flesh of real Queen Victoria pineapples in aged rum.

This pineapple-flavoured rum was created by Plantation’s Alexandre Gabriel as a tribute to Reverend Stiggins, a character in Charles Dickens’ Pickwick Papers. This has notes of banana, citrus peel, spice and a hint of smoke, along with the pineapple.

Nose: Smoked pineapple and citrus fruit with a bit of clove .
Palate: Tropical fruit galore with banana, pineapple, baking spices, and charred wood.
Finish: Long, sweet and spicy.

The 1990s see Alexandre Gabriel combing the Caribbean in search of the best rums of the region. Plantation is born: an artisanal range of rums from the great terroirs of the tropics.
