Redwood Empire American Whiskey is a category-bending unique blend from from Sonoma County’s Graton Distilling Company. The whiskey includes their self-distilled rye at two and three years old, with parcels of sourced bourbons, including four, five and 11 year-old selections. The final blend is 60% rye to 40% bourbon, with portions of the rye stock being finished in port and wine barrels.

Nose: Pleasant aromas of vanilla-caramel.
Palate: Rich, full-flavors of almond, dark fruit and toasted oak.
Finish: The finish is silky and smooth.
Distillery Information
Redwood Empire’s state-of-the-art distillery was built from the ground up on the site of a former apple processing plant in rustic west Sonoma County. At the centerpiece is an innovative, continuous micro-column still custom-built per our specifications.
