Waterford Edition 1.1 Peated Fenniscourt Single Malt Irish Whisky | 700ML Tasting Notes
Nose: Sweet smoke and sweet cake with burnt crust, pastry and burnt custard.
Palate: Smoky and in contrast to the nose an ashy smoke, sweet and creamy and vanilla pudding.
Finish: The oily feeling stays for quite a long time.
Distillery Information
The Waterford Distillery was created in 2015 by converting a former Guinness Brewery in Waterford, in the very south of Ireland. The distillery’s founder Mark Reynier was formerly the mastermind behind the rebuilding of Islay Distillery Bruichladdich.
