This single pot still Irish whiskey is made with barley grown in Lakeview’s hilly field near Lough Leane in Killarney, and the distilled whiskey matures just 200 yards away from where the barley grew! The whiskey is slowly brought down to an ABV of 46% over a period of six weeks to promote integration and mouthfeel before it’s bottled without added colour or chill filtration.
