Made from our Hawaii grown corn and the finest rye and barley grains, this American bourbon is painstakingly hand crafted to perfection. Twice distilled, this fine whisky is traditionally aged for no less than two years in charred new American Oak barrels and is never blended.

Distillery Information
After four long years of growing various varieties of corn, and serious research and development at a partner distillery in Spokane, Washington, I was able to produce not just a good whisky, but a smooth and robust small batch bourbon. The rest was history – and the Kauai Distilling Company was born.
